A leading renewable energy organization is seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to support the development and execution of major renewable energy and power projects across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial activities across renewable energy projects.
- Manage EPC, O&M, supply, subcontractor, and other project contracts.
- Support tendering, bid management, contract negotiations, and commercial strategy.
- Review contractual obligations, claims, variations, and change orders.
- Manage commercial risks and identify opportunities to improve project profitability.
- Work closely with project, finance, procurement, legal, and engineering teams.
- Monitor project financial performance, cash flow, and contractual milestones.
- Lead negotiations with contractors, suppliers, partners, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare commercial reports and recommendations for senior management.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Business, Finance, or related field.
- 8+ years of commercial/contracts experience in renewable energy, power, infrastructure, or construction.
- Strong experience with EPC contracts and large-scale projects.
- Excellent contract negotiation and commercial management skills.
- Experience managing claims, variations, and contractual risks.
- Saudi Arabia/GCC experience strongly preferred.
- Professional certification in contracts, commercial management, or quantity surveying is an advantage.
