Role Overview
We are looking for a Product Manager who is passionate about creating exceptional user experiences, driving product strategy, and delivering impactful solutions in a fast-paced startup environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the product roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Gather and prioritize product requirements from customers, stakeholders, and market research.
- Work closely with engineering, design, operations, and business teams to deliver high-quality products.
- Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation through launch and optimization.
- Analyze user behavior, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Create detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Monitor product performance through KPIs and data-driven insights.
- Drive product enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with compliance and regulatory teams to ensure adherence to UAE financial regulations.
- Present product strategies, updates, and recommendations to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- 4 – 6 years of Product Management experience, preferably within FinTech, Banking, Payments, Digital Wallets, Lending, InsurTech, or SaaS environments.
- Proven experience launching and managing digital products.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience working closely with software development teams.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a startup environment with evolving priorities.
- Experience with payment systems, digital banking, embedded finance, open banking, or financial platforms.
- Knowledge of the UAE and GCC financial services markets.
