About the Role

A leading and highly regarded financial services organisation in Dubai is seeking an experienced Private Equity Manager to join its investment team.

This is an exciting opportunity for an investment professional with strong private equity, investment analysis and transaction execution experience to play a key role in identifying, evaluating and managing investment opportunities across the region and internationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and evaluate new private equity and investment opportunities.
  • Conduct detailed financial, commercial, and investment analysis.
  • Build and review financial models, valuation analyses, and investment cases.
  • Lead and coordinate due diligence processes across financial, commercial, legal and operational workstreams.
  • Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for senior management and investment committees.
  • Support deal structuring, negotiations, and transaction execution.
  • Monitor existing portfolio investments and assess financial and operational performance.
  • Work closely with portfolio companies, advisors, banks, and other external stakeholders.
  • Conduct market, industry, and competitive analysis to identify attractive investment themes.
  • Support the development and execution of investment strategies and portfolio initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships with investors, management teams, advisors, and other relevant stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline; MBA/CFA is advantageous.
  • 6–10+ years of relevant experience in private equity, investment banking, corporate finance, asset management or a similar investment environment.
  • Strong experience in financial modelling, valuation, due diligence and transaction execution.
  • Proven exposure to private equity or alternative investments.
  • Strong understanding of investment structures, financial statements, and valuation methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, commercial, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
  • Experience working across the UAE/GCC or wider emerging markets would be highly advantageous.
