Role Overview
The role serves as a key technical advisor to the sales function, responsible for designing tailored solutions, supporting bid responses, and engaging directly with clients to translate business requirements into robust technical architectures.
You will collaborate closely with sales, engineering, and vendor partners to ensure the delivery of competitive and effective solutions across multiple technology domains.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with sales teams to identify client needs and develop appropriate technical solutions
- Design and position ICT, infrastructure, cybersecurity, and systems integration solutions
- Prepare technical proposals, solution architectures, and scope documentation
- Support RFP/RFQ responses, ensuring technical accuracy and compliance
- Conduct solution presentations, demonstrations, and technical workshops for clients
- Liaise with vendors and technology partners to build optimized solution offerings
- Provide technical input during commercial discussions and project handover phases
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and market trends relevant to the portfolio
Key Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Engineering, or Technical Sales roles
- Strong background in ICT, networking, infrastructure, cybersecurity, or ELV systems
- Proven experience supporting enterprise or government clients in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
- Ability to design complex technical solutions and present them clearly to stakeholders
- Strong understanding of enterprise IT environments (networks, cloud, security, data centers)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related discipline
- Industry certifications (Cisco, Microsoft, Fortinet, HPE, or equivalent)
- Experience working with large-scale tenders and government projects
- Familiarity with Saudi ICT market standards and procurement processes
