We’re working with a prestigious international investment group to find a talented IT Services Support Lead to join their Dubai-based team. This is a high-impact, hands-on role supporting global operations and senior stakeholders.

The Role

You’ll deliver first-class End User Computing (EUC) support while contributing to infrastructure services across international offices. This role suits someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys taking ownership of IT service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional IT support to end users, including VIP/executive stakeholders
• Deploy and support desktops, laptops, mobile devices, AV/VC systems, and peripherals
• Troubleshoot across Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, and core infrastructure services
• Maintain and improve IT processes, documentation, and best practices
• Manage vendors, procurement, and IT assets
• Support virtual infrastructure and data management processes

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 7 – 10 years of proven experience in enterprise IT support within a professional environment
• Strong exposure to VIP user support
• Expertise in Windows 11, macOS, and Microsoft 365 / Azure / Entra
• Solid understanding of AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP, and networking fundamentals
• Experience supporting Apple devices (iPhone, iPad, and other devices)
• Familiarity with AV/VC technologies (Zoom Rooms, Crestron)
