We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer / Generative AI Engineer to join a fast-growing organization in Dubai and play a key role in developing and deploying next-generation AI solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hands-on AI professional with strong experience in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning and AI applications to work on high-impact business initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop and deploy AI and Generative AI solutions for business applications.
- Build and integrate LLM-powered applications, AI agents and intelligent automation solutions.
- Work with models such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, Llama and other emerging AI technologies.
- Develop RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), prompt engineering and AI-agent workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with existing enterprise systems, APIs and data platforms.
- Develop and optimize machine learning and NLP models where required.
- Work closely with product, technology and business teams to identify and implement AI use cases.
- Monitor AI model performance, reliability, security and scalability.
- Stay current with emerging developments across Generative AI and Agentic AI.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Engineering or a related field.
- 3–8 years of experience in AI/ML, software engineering or a related technical field.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI and LLM technologies.
- Experience with Python and modern AI/ML frameworks.
- Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, databases and software development practices.
- Experience with RAG, vector databases, prompt engineering or AI agents is highly desirable.
- Experience deploying AI solutions in a production environment.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
