Executive Director – Renewable Energy Projects

The Executive Director – Renewable Energy Projects will provide strategic leadership and oversee the development, execution, and operational success of our renewable energy projects. This is a high-impact role requiring a blend of technical knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills to ensure sustainable growth and successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the planning, development, and execution of large-scale renewable energy projects across the UAE.
• Develop and implement strategic initiatives aligned with corporate goals and sustainability objectives.
• Drive business growth by identifying opportunities, partnerships, and investment prospects in the renewable energy sector.
• Oversee financial management, budgeting, and risk assessment for all projects.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, safety standards, and environmental policies.
• Build and mentor high-performing teams, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Engage with government authorities, investors, and stakeholders to advance project goals.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Renewable Energy, Environmental Science, or related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 10–15 years of leadership experience in renewable energy or related infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale renewable energy projects.
• Strong knowledge of energy markets, technologies, and regulatory frameworks in the UAE and GCC region.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive strategic change.
