About the Role
Our client, a leading global technology organisation, is looking for a well-experienced Complex Solution Manager (CSM) to drive end-to-end solution development and high-value technology deals across cloud, cybersecurity, and emerging tech.
You will lead multi-disciplinary engagement teams, shape winning solution strategies, develop commercial propositions, and manage senior client relationships. The role spans pre-sales, solution design oversight, financial modelling, and contract negotiations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse client goals and develop winning sales strategies
- Lead complex, mediumโlarge solution engagements
- Align solution, pricing, and sales strategy with technical and commercial teams
- Build proposals, financial models, and customised service descriptions
- Present and negotiate solutions with C-Suite stakeholders
- Produce pre-sales and post-sales documentation and ensure smooth handover
Qualifications
- 10+ years in complex tech sales / pre-sales (cloud, cybersecurity, emerging tech)
- Strong expertise in Hybrid Cloud, AWS/Azure/GCP, managed services & transformation
- Ability to articulate complex technology to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven record of revenue growth and winning large deals
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication & leadership skills
- Bachelorโs degree in Computer Science or related field
