As they continue to grow, they are seeking an experienced Compensation & Benefits Manager to lead total rewards strategy and ensure our compensation programs remain competitive, equitable, and aligned with business objectives.

Reporting to the Head of Human Resources, the Compensation & Benefits Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization’s compensation, benefits, and rewards framework. The successful candidate will partner closely with HR, Finance, and business leaders to develop market-leading reward strategies that support business growth while ensuring regulatory compliance and internal equity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the organization’s compensation and benefits strategy aligned with business goals.
  • Lead salary benchmarking exercises using market surveys and recommend competitive salary structures.
  • Manage annual salary reviews, promotions, bonus planning, and incentive programs.
  • Design and maintain job grading and evaluation frameworks.
  • Oversee employee benefits programs, including medical insurance, life insurance, and wellness initiatives.
  • Partner with Finance on payroll budgeting, workforce planning, and compensation forecasting.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and relevant regulatory requirements.
  • Produce compensation analytics, dashboards, and executive reports to support strategic decision-making.
  • Review and enhance HR policies related to rewards, incentives, and recognition.
  • Manage relationships with external compensation consultants and benefits providers.
  • Support performance management by aligning reward programs with organizational objectives.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional HR certification (CIPD, GRP, WorldatWork, or equivalent) is an advantage.
  • 7–10 years of progressive Compensation & Benefits experience, preferably within financial services, banking, insurance, fintech, or investment management.
  • Strong expertise in job evaluation, salary benchmarking, rewards strategy, and benefits administration.
  • Experience with HRIS systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical, financial modelling, and data interpretation capabilities.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of UAE labour legislation and compensation practices.
