We are seeking an experienced AI Delivery Manager to lead the successful planning, execution, and deployment of AI and machine learning initiatives for a leading financial services organization in Qatar. This role will bridge business and technology teams to deliver innovative AI solutions that enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of AI, machine learning, and generative AI projects from concept through production.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, engineers, and technology teams to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Manage cross-functional teams using Agile and hybrid project management methodologies.
- Ensure AI solutions align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and governance standards.
- Oversee project budgets, risks, dependencies, and resource planning.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and communicate project progress to senior leadership.
- Coordinate with vendors, partners, and third-party technology providers where required.
- Support the implementation of AI platforms, automation initiatives, and intelligent analytics solutions.
- Establish best practices for AI delivery, quality assurance, and operational readiness.
- Monitor project performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is advantageous.
- 7+ years of experience in technology project or program management, with at least 3 years leading AI, machine learning, or advanced analytics initiatives.
- Experience delivering AI solutions within banking, financial services, fintech, insurance, or investment organizations is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts, data platforms, cloud technologies, and MLOps practices.
- Proven experience managing cross-functional technical teams and multiple concurrent projects.
- Familiarity with Agile frameworks and project management methodologies.
- Experience working with regulatory, security, and compliance requirements in financial services is an advantage.
- PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum, or Agile certifications are desirable.
- Generative AI and large language model (LLM) implementations.
- Intelligent automation and process optimization initiatives.
- Cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- AI governance, responsible AI, and model lifecycle management.
