About the role

A leading consulting firm in Saudi Arabia is seeking a Senior Manager โ€“ Technology Advisory to lead large-scale digital transformation programs across government and private sector clients. This role offers the opportunity to work on Vision 2030-driven initiatives, advising C-level stakeholders on technology strategy, enterprise transformation, and digital innovation.

As a Senior Manager, you will lead client engagements, manage high-performing teams, and shape technology-driven business strategies. You will be responsible for delivering complex transformation programs while driving business development and expanding client relationships across the Kingdom.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end technology consulting engagements across strategy, transformation, and implementation
  • Advise C-suite and senior stakeholders on digital strategy, enterprise architecture, and IT operating models
  • Drive digital transformation initiatives aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 objectives
  • Oversee large-scale system implementations (ERP, CRM, cloud, data platforms)
  • Lead business development efforts, proposal writing, and client presentations
  • Manage multi-disciplinary consulting teams and ensure high-quality delivery
  • Develop technology roadmaps and governance frameworks
  • Support market expansion and account growth within key sectors (Government, Energy, Financial Services, Giga-projects)

Qualifications:

  • 10โ€“15 years of experience in technology consulting or digital transformation
  • Proven experience working with a top-tier consulting firm or recognized regional consultancy
  • Strong expertise in IT strategy, cloud transformation, enterprise architecture, or digital programs
  • Demonstrated experience managing large client portfolios and senior stakeholders
  • Experience delivering complex transformation programs in KSA or GCC
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA preferred)
  • Strong commercial acumen and business development capability
