Full-time About the Role
Our client, a leading and fast-growing financial services company in the UAE, is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Head of Wealth Fintech to build and lead its end-to-end wealth platform. This is a rare opportunity to design and scale a next-generation wealth offering, integrating conventional and alternative investment products while leveraging emerging technologies, including blockchain and Web3.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and launch the full wealth tech platform and operational workflow
- Source and onboard conventional and alternative investment products
- Build strong partnerships with international asset managers
- Lead strategic initiatives to drive platform growth and client acquisition
- Ensure regulatory compliance and operational excellence
- Lead and develop a high-performing team
Qualifications
- 10+ years in financial services, including wealth tech experience
- Proven track record in building or managing wealth platforms
- Strong network with asset managers and investment clients
- Deep understanding of wealth products and fintech ecosystems
- Knowledge of blockchain/Web3 is highly advantageous
- Strong leadership, commercial, and stakeholder management skills
