The Creative Director will be responsible for leading a small, high-performing design team and overseeing the development and execution of all visual and branded materials across the group and its operating companies. This is a unique opportunity to shape and elevate the visual identity and storytelling of a diverse portfolio of companies, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
This role requires a balance of creative leadership and hands-on execution, with the ability to manage multiple projects across print, digital, and multimedia platforms in a fast-paced environment
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the in-house Design team, ensuring high-quality output across all deliverables
- Oversee the creation of branded materials, including reports, presentations, websites, videos, and marketing assets
- Ensure consistency and alignment with brand guidelines across all business units
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and strong attention to detail
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders, including communications and branding teams
- Provide creative direction and oversight to portfolio companies to maintain brand standards
- Contribute directly to design work, including layout, typography, and visual storytelling
Requirements
- Minimum 15 years of professional design experience, with proven team leadership
- Background in a design agency or corporate creative environment preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Strong understanding of UI/UX design principles
- Experience in photography and videography direction
- Familiarity with AI-powered design tools
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage complex briefs
- Strong communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders
