About the role
This role aims to formulate and implement a road map to meet revenue goals and grow bankโs client base, specifically within the blockchain and fintech sectors.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our client base.
- Understand industry-specific landscapes and trends, reporting on the forces that shift tactical budgets and strategic direction of accounts.
- Identify and pursue up- and cross-selling opportunities within existing clients.
- Analyze market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify opportunities and develop strategies to capture market share.
- Support with the creation of sales and revenue reports, as well as forecasts, as required by the senior management team.
- Build a healthy pipeline of clients for the bankโs existing and future products.
- Maintain strong relationships with our partners and clients, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty to pave way for recurring business.
- Build an understanding of cultural nuances and differences to build deep connections with a wide range of stakeholders.
Qualifications
- At least 6 years’ experience in a sales or business development role
- Proven success within the blockchain or fintech industry
- Demonstrable understanding of blockchain systems and solutions is highly desirable
- Digitally savvy with excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation skills, including ability to handle objections and provide win-win solutions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter, proactive and highly motivated individual in working towards companyโs targets
- Continuous improvement, driven and result-oriented mindset
- Thrives in both collaborative and competitive environments, and able to build relationships with ease
